Got delayed a bit.
Not picking it up right away, though: the budget indicated that it was this or Dragon Age Inquisition, and DAI won the toss. Mostly because that’s the one my wife plays, too.

Delays aren’t necessarily a bad thing. After the personnel turnover at Bungie, Destiny could really have used a few more months of development before it was released. (Rock solid gameplay, evocative setting, story and verisimilitude problems.)

I also remember the first Assassin’s creed being delayed by over a year.
