And don’t worry: I have a list. Oh, Lord, but do I have a list. To be fair, I’m probably on one or two similar lists myself…

It seems to be everybody’s mood today.
Andreas was so amazing in that role. The twists and turns G’Kar took through that series could have seemed trite in any lesser actor. But he made them believable. And perhaps of all the characters in Babylon 5, his journey was the most human.
And yes, I’ve been wanting to do that to a few people. Including a certain SJW fantasy author whose initials might be Tad W who trolls my FB page.
Lord, I do miss Andreas…
It’s better than being in this mood. https://youtu.be/UYloWBP79ro best line of the series.(among so many) If you value your lives, be somewhere else. 🙂
That whole episode was chock full of winning lines. And still one of the best battles on TV, for all the carp about B5’s ‘aging CGI.’
But yes, Mira owned that role too. When she read the script for Severed Dreams, she asked JMS, “When did you live in Yugoslavia?” I don’t think she had much trouble getting into character for that one.
Of course, the line I use most often when dealing with politics is this one, from Lando @ the 2min mark: https://youtu.be/tF27OtzAslY
But THIS is my favorite B5 moment. Especially since he got his wish in total. Vir to Mordin. https://youtu.be/S0n2vurSBIQ
“I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought: Wouldn’t it be much worse if life *were* fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the Universe.”
“What do you want, you moon-faced assassin of joy?” That’s the only line that I can do in anything like a proper Centauri accent.
