Yep, *as a topic* birtherism is .. pretty close to a touchstone for diminished mental capacity.

I am *not* saying “it doesn’t matter” – I *am* saying “the *details* matter” – Cruz, Rubio, Obama, and McCain are all natural-born citizens, even if they were born on another nation’s dirt.

That said, Obama’s *worldview* was *NOT* born here, which is a more significant difference, but requires understanding how a worldview develops, and what effects coming of age under the Suharto regime might have on one, eh?
