I love popcorn movies.

I’ve never had a bad tub of popcorn at these movies. Yes, they’re big, and flashy, and most of them are not what you’d call deep. But they’re movies about superheroes. I wish that DC would get it into their heads that you have to play the characters straight, even when it feels hokey. Like the MCU does.
Plus, Queen.

PS: One reason why I wasn’t upset that I’d have to wait a year for Avengers 4 to resolve Infinity War. I knew going in that it was a 2-parter. It’s all part of the deal.
Showed this to my husband and he said too bad time travel doesn’t exist, if you took that too ComicCon in 2008 or so before the first Iron Man movie and showed it there heads would probably explode with the awesomeness. I’m glad that all those non comic book fans are happily supporting “my” movies.
I honestly didn’t think that they’d get this far before it all blew up in their faces. I mean, it still can. But wow: Iron Man and Captain America and Ant-Man and Ragnarok and GotG and Winter Soldier and Homecoming and Black Panther, huh?

It could still blow up, of course ..

That’s a *lot* of superhero stuff .. and at some point, the audience gets .. divided.

p.s. Since “Unbreakable” ended at what should have been the beginning, “Glass” is probably on my list …
