I dunno why, but I’m always surprised to see a legal opinion that’s entertaining to read. Then again, they’re judges. Who the heck gets to tell them that they can’t?

Holy run-on sentence batman!
On the other hand, I am not sure that it is a run-on sentence, merely that it is several hundred words long and is convoluted beyond all reason.
