STARFIELD has a new game engine, too. But is Bethesda… allowed to do that? I mean, how long have they been using the current one?
I kid, I kid… or do I?

PS: Of course I’m going to buy it. It’ll come out on 11/11/22, so you’ve got time to preorder.
“New” in this case may not mean much. Their last new engine was just upgraded gamebryo that they had the rights to since Gamebryo went out of production.

Neat trailer, but…
The trailer doesn’t really explain much about the game except that space exploration is involved. I doubt it’s a prettier No Man’s Sky, so the trailer more or less leaves me wondering what exactly I’m getting into if I get this game. Compare that with the trailer for the new Rainbow 6 game (PvE team hostage extraction… against aliens!), and it feels like they dropped the ball here.
