Acat: Understood.
Most people don’t realize that Dune tied with Roger Zelazny’s “This Immortal” for the Hugo award for best novel in 1966. Of the two, I enjoyed Zelazny’s book more and I think he was a better writer than Herbert but he’s starting to be forgotten while this is the 3rd film version of Dune. Go figure.
