Andrew Garfield is not the werewolf (spoilers, technically).

Although if it’s a spoiler at this point, I’m impressed that you’ve missed it. Let’s just say that Andrew Garfield was absolutely the werewolf. And he lied and lied and lied about it…

Which is fine.

PS: Will there be another AMAZING SPIDER-MAN movie, now? …Well, there’s more of a chance, now. That 1.78 billion worldwide gross for SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME – and that is without a PRC release, note – suggests a certain amount of interest in it. And I’m pretty sure Garfield wants another shot at the role.

…Okay. I finally watched them with my kids as part of the build-up to see this flick, and they were pretty good. He gets the Spidey patter down pretty good. One more movie sounds reasonable.

  1. The funny thing is… he *didn’t* lie about it. He danced all the way around it again and again, but no lies came out of his mouth. He made a *great many* not-quite-complete almost-denials… but always there was wiggle room.

    Which, honestly, was marketing genius.
