Fallout: London is supposedly coming out in 2023. Featuring: working trains, bicycles, boats, and war elephants with machine gun emplacements.
That last one is probably only going to be for one or two specific missions.

Ah, it’s a mod. Got hopeful for a second that another full, non 76 related Fallout game was coming.
That’s a Starfield and an Elder Scrolls away.
