Selling in malls is interesting.

The trick here is trying to figure out who might be interested. Usually when I’m vending I can default to “The odds are good they’re into this stuff,” but a lot of folks are just here to grab something from the department store. The weather isn’t helping, either. We got hit by an unpleasant freeze this weekend, and it’s affecting everybody’s traffic.

That being said, this is the first year of this thing and the organizer is already thinking about how to improve stuff next year. So I’m not mad. Also, I did have a pizza delivery guy stop, look, and grab a card, and that feels like a solid lead. You just have to keep swinging, in this business.
