Some of it is not entirely awful. Note that I’m modifying clip art, not drawing it myself. I do not have that skill set. Believe me, if I could afford to have other people do it, I would.
Anyway, that was what I was doing tonight. It’s not really great, but it’s oddly soothing.
I was feeling like I was having a bad day, until I remembered that I am not in the path of a hurricane, just after having another one pop up. Don’t take any foolish risk, folks. You can replace stuff easier than you can replace your lives.
I can upload images, but I just can’t make them public. That’s gonna get old fast if I don’t have somewhere to host images for the new DriveThruRPG project. I mean, I can put up a couple things here, but I don’t want to host all the images on my site…

I’ve been spending the day working on the new DriveThru thing and writing fiction, and I just don’t have much else to say. …Weather’s nice? No, seriously, it’s been beautiful lately. Maybe I’ll watch some TV before my game tonight.

I either am coming down with a cold, am having a reaction to this glass of mead I just drank, am crashing from the four hours of sleep I got yesterday, or mix and match for preference. Any which way, it’s bedtime for me. Whatever it is that’s ailing me will be at least partially alleviated by a decent night’s rest.

PS: I don’t know if it’s staged, actually. It’s almost too good a letter, but there’s nobody as entitled as a HOA officer. Even when it comes to non-HOA members; heck, especially when it comes to non-HOA members. Seven-five and pick ’em on whether you should believe this one, honestly.
I have been looking forward to some Spooky Month (as my kids call it) for a while now. Gonna try to get a bunch of content up, watch some scary films, obviously take my eldest on a haunted trail or two, and just generally enjoy Halloween. It’s a fun holiday, when you have kids.
Now if I can just get the weather to behave (cool, clear, and breezy at night), that would be perfect.
…That’s it. Happy birthday. The man hit one hundred years old today, and is in hospice. I’m not mean. Besides, Carter set in motion the movement to give Americans drinkable beer again. I was there when the beer renaissance happened, and I’m absolutely grateful for it.
