So they’re making an ADDAMS FAMILY 2.

I was surprised at this news, because I decided that the first one looked horrible. Apparently audiences were more forgiving than I was, because the first ADDAMS FAMILY animated film grossed 203 million on a 25 million dollar budget. When that happens, the studios can more or less ignore the critical response to a film. Which they are doing here.

Well. I guess that’s me told.

I cannot tell. I legitimately cannot tell if the new Addams Family is going to be a good movie, or not.

Particularly Wednesday’s. Really gets the subtle menace of the character. Christina Ricci did a very marvelous job in a movie full of people doing marvelous jobs.
