The Specialists is a WWII superhero webcomic that I read, and rather like; and they’re trying for another bite of the apple to get their webcomic published in print form. I kicked in the first time, and was disappointed that it didn’t quite take; but they’ve readjusted and are going to give it another shot. I think that this time they’re going to hit it. Here’s hoping, at least.

The Specialists Omnibus 1 Kickstarter (Take a look, please).
I enjoy this webcomic a good deal and they’re having a little trouble hitting their funding numbers. If you like World War II superhero stuff, by all means: check it out. It’d be a shame if it doesn’t get published…
The Specialists Kickstarter announces first stretch goal.
I mentioned this one before: WWII alt-history superhero comic looking to publish. Not going to be one of those mega-monster 10,000x funded KSers, but it looks like it’ll hit its base goal and I wouldn’t mind the first stretch goal that they announced, either.
And… that’s pretty much it. I like the webcomic and it’d be nice to see it make print.
I endorse “The Specialists Chapter 1 & 2” Kickstarter.
I read The Specialists regularly: it’s an alt-history WWII superhero comic that doesn’t take the ‘Well, they all canceled each other out’ path that a lot of superhero comics have. The Kickstarter is here…
…and I recommend backing it. I recommend reading the webcomic too, actually.
The background in this The Specialists comic…
…is hilarious. I see that the author is a DC devotee, too.
OK, The Specialists look like fun.
Alternate WWII webcomic (superheroes), with a definite pulpish “mystery men” flavor to it. So far, so good.
