As I said at the time: there’s a book in “Mephitis Vice,” but somebody else can write it. Somebody else who is not me, because I just don’t know if I can do the source material properly. Basically, I’m afraid that if I’m the one who tries to write it, the book will just end up stinking.
Would the book be about the inevitable hilarity after these crazy aliens buy a starship, or about the officers of the law who are tasked with trying to prevent the illicit sale of skunk urine off planet?
