I am loathe to recommend the services of oppressors, but since you’re ok with Twitter….have you looked into targeted ads on Facebook? Narrow the parameters enough and you’ll get in front of only the people you want, for pennies, and from what I’ve heard the activity reports are surprisingly transparent.
