The SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE Honest Trailer.

Some movies, Honest Trailers tries to be objective about. SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE is not one of those movies. Given that my entire family went to see it in theaters and we’re going to see the next one, too? …Well, maybe we aren’t objective about it, either.

Movie of the Week: Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse.

It’s not actually out, yet – but Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse is currently at a decent pre-order price, so I’d lock that in. Great flick, by the way, if you haven’t seen it yet. Part One of two, but that’s a thing that happens because we don’t want to make four hour movies with intermissions anymore.

Interesting: THE SPIDER WITHIN premieres.

Basically, THE SPIDER WITHIN is a short psychological horror film: “The Sony-produced film focuses on what happens when Miles Morales (once again played by Shameik Moore) starts to feel the pressure of his life as Spider-Man, which results in a scary, trippy little jaunt through his subconscious.” I have no idea where it’s going to show, but everybody who’s seen it says that it’s pretty good. Presumably that means that they’ll release it somewhere, at some point.

Tweet of the Day, I Hope The Kid Has A Good Agent edition.

I mean, yes, it’s awesome already. Hopefully it’s awesome and lucrative, though. Some of those Lego kits can cost a mint.

The ‘Finally!’ SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE trailer.

Another thing I’ve been looking forward to. SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE movie drops next year, and I think it’s going to hold up. It’s funny: I remember being doubtful about the first movie. I’m not even sorry about that. The animation style was… unexpected. But it turned out to be pretty darn good — and this looks like it’s gonna be the same.
