Started up GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO.

I frittered the day away, yeah. In my defense: I actually fell asleep during my physical therapy while they had me hooked up to the electric gizmo. Videogames was as much as I could handle this evening.

PS: GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO is actually pretty good. And yeah, it comes with both the disc and the Steam code, which means that price continues to be real weird, man.

So… GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO is fifteen bucks on Amazon.

That’s the Deluxe edition of GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO. It’s fifteen bucks on Amazon – and eighty bucks on Steam. Can somebody explain what’s going on, here? I mean, I already had my eldest kid look at it, get young eyes on the situation; he’s confirming that I’m not nuts. It’s the same game – heck, according to the reviews, it’s just a box containing a Steam code*.

Now that I’ve safely bought it: what gives?

EA stabs at me from beyond the grave.

Today was the day I realized that my copy of MASS EFFECT: LEGENDARY EDITION was still taking up space on my boot drive. I haven’t played it in a while, I didn’t get that far to begin with, so I figured I’d just uninstall it and put it on the D drive. …It’s still there. All 110 gigs of it. My computer will still boot up fine, and I have plenty of space available on the D drive, but I don’t know how to clear out that valuable boot drive space. And EA is not being helpful. I know, I know: shocking.

Thoughts? I’m not formatting the drive, by the way. Cure worse than the disease.

SMALL SOLDIERS: WAR FOR THE NECRON.

Oh, do I have your attention? That would be the idea. I don’t know if this is a proof of concept for a SMALL SOLDIERS videogame, or a sequel to the first movie. Either is fine: I loved that flick, when it came out. I get why people didn’t, but I always thought it was a shame. I look forward to seeing what we’re going to get.

‘Otaku at Nintendo’s Gates?’ Doesn’t quite sing.

…Yeah. I gave it a shot; but I can’t really beat this title and subtitle:

Nintendo shareholder meeting ‘disrupted by ranting Splatoon 3 fan’

THE FAN REPORTEDLY ACQUIRED OVER $3500 IN SHARES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS

Anybody have THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: TEARS OF THE KINGDOM on Steam?

I ask because I never really got my head around the Switch; besides, my kid’s had a lock on THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: TEARS OF THE KINGDOM for the last week now. If I want to play it, it’d probably be the PC version. It holds up okay, right?
