Hrm. I should inquire if anybody on the PA League circuit wants to be a sponsored racer for the new book. I dunno if I actually sold any copies of TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION, last time, but it was remarkably cool to be a sponsor and the money all went to Child’s Play anyway.

It’s the year anniversary of the Penny Arcade racing league! In honor of it, I’m giving out Audible codes for FROZEN DREAMS to the podium winners. Should be fun: check it out! The various festivities start around 10:30 AM or so.
I find the Penny Arcade racing stream remarkably soothing, honestly. Also, often funny. They say some very funny stuff on the Twitch stream, too.
I need it, honestly. Kids came back from Spring Break today, and things got a little… fraught, at times. End of the marking period coming soon, too.
I missed last week, but I’m looking forward to it tonight. I’ve kind of gotten into watching e-racing, mostly because the stream’s funny. No sponsorship this season, though. I think they did it, and it was fun, and now they’re not real interested in doing it for a while. Which is cool. At least I actually got to do it.

As usual, over here. It’s soothing, and I could use some soothing tonight. This first week of the new school schedule is almost done, no blow-ups, and all it took was an endless amount of vigilance and teacher’s-aiding!
…Why, yes, I do have both rum, and Coca-Cola. What a fascinating idea. Although I tried Scotch and soda water a while back, and now I get why people drink that.
It looks like a scary course and bad weather tonight, so it’s gonna be a fun race at Gabir Motors tonight! I don’t know if any of my sponsored cars will make an appearance, though. Tonight is gonna be a silly race.

The sponsorship had contracted for four cars, four weeks, and that ended last week. Tonight’s is more or less the last race of the season; next week there’s a silly car race, and they start the new one two weeks from now. I’ll know then if I’ll be doing a sponsorship under the new rates. In the mean time… I’ve kind of gotten into watching the races. They’re fun. Some good folks doing ’em, too.
