Well, that was a more productive day.

Did another thousand words or so while in the process of fixing GHOSTS ON AN ALIEN WIND, and then I went through a lot of the feedback on the upcoming COVENANTS. Hoping to do… pretty much the same tomorrow; with any luck at all, I’ll have the chapbook in something resembling shape for publication by the end of the week. Then I can get the damn novel to the beta readers and the editor. Then I can think about the next novel. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Ach, well, it’s better than a timeline where I’m not writing books at all. Which could have very easily happened, honestly. And as much as I hate to admit it.

11/02/20 Update, TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION Kickstarter.

I have the sneaking suspicion that my TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION Kickstarter is currently trying to talk over a hurricane. Can’t really prove it, mind you. But it at least comforts my ego.

But we continue on! And, after all, I am already blessed. I’ve hit enough to cover this book, at least. That’s the important thing.

10/26/20 Update, TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION Kickstarter.

Welp, it looks like another stalled-out day for the TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION Kickstarter. No lie; I was hoping that putting up the free story might entice a pledge or two, but apparently not. Ach, well. I know people who are trying to just get across the crowdfunding finish line, let alone trying to rack up the cash.

Still, feel free to pass along this link to anybody who might be interested in signing up. It can only help my production timeline next year. Even the $5 tier is one more potential reader…

08/20/2020 Update, MORGAN BAROD revision: 74,414/80,000.

About halfway through the first pass-through of the book, in terms of chapters. Obviously, I’m almost at the target word-count. I figure that the vampire city chapters could use some more smoothing and so could the battle scenes, so I’m not worried about it. I’ll probably be getting this to the alpha reader by September, so if you want to beta-read let me know. I have a tentative date of February or March to Kickstart MORGAN BAROD, but a lot of that will depend on finances.

So, hey. Every little bit helps, right?
