Hold on, who said I even *wanted* a Last Starfighter sequel no wait, I do.

Never mind me: “Last year Star Wars: Rogue One screenwriter Gary Whitta revealed that that he was developing a reboot of the classic 1984 sci-fi film The Last Starfighter. Well, the writer has confirmed that he’s still developing the project and that it would be a sequel.” A reboot would have been annoying; but a sequel? I can be down with that.

My only issue is that it’ll probably be dark and gritty. Of course, I thought that the original was dark and gritty, but that’s because we had different standards in 1984. I mean, this is pre-Dark Age territory. Weird to consider that The Dark Knight Returns didn’t actually come out until I was sixteen.

So, Warner Bros. Come closer.

No, closer.

…NO. Bad movie company! BAD! No biscuit!

I am not entirely sure that the next one will be as fun.

Quote of the Day, Somebody Let The Suits Get At The Joker Script edition.

Hey, does this bit about the new Joker movie sound familiar, kids?

The suspiciously extra Dora and the Lost City of Gold trailer.

There’s a part of me that suspects that Dora and the Lost City of Gold is really an elaborate prank. I can’t shake the thought that it can’t be real, right? I mean, Danny Trejo is voicing the monkey!
